Job Description / Requirements
  • Coordinate overall activities of Midwifery Project conducted by BRAC University at HOPE Foundation training center.
  • Coordinate and supervise for compliance of international standard teaching environment including hygiene and cleanliness in quality assured manner.
  • Coordinate and supervise all activities and deliverable of finance and admin officer, faculty members, hostel manager along with supporting staff.
  • Coordinate, supervise and monitor management of academic site including proper register, recording, maintenance and documentation.
  • Ensure and follow up of introducing and maintaining accurate teaching schedule through proper distribution of lesion plan by faculty members according to academic calendar.
  • Communicate with other academic sites regarding their best practices and discuss and decide about implementation of that practice at own academic site.
  • Ensure the resource mobilization prioritizing the academic plan.
  • Regularly meet with faculty, all other staffs and students to understand the performance and progress, problems faced (if any), possible solutions
  • Ensure timely quarterly reporting of performance with challenges faced, lessons learned, strategy to address challenges and future activity plan along with fund requisition.
  • Review and approve project related expenses incurred in the academic site.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management and supervisor.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Nursing/ Midwifery and must be registered/ qualified in BNMC registration examination
Additional Requirements
  • Age 40 to 48 year(s)
  • At least 3 years professional experience in Govt and/or renowned private hospitals.
  • At least 3 years experience in project management capacity.
  • Must be very good in English, in speaking and writing and comfortable in formal presentation in front of audience.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge in IT, power point, Excel and internet.
  • Should be familiar with administrative process and procedure and financial management.
  • Candidate should have good reporting and communication skills.
  • Female candidates and candidates held similar position earlier will be given preference.
  • Must be ready to work in Cox’s Bazar .
  • Be physically fit to undertake frequent travels specially during clinical placement and community engagement.
