Masters in Textile Engineering from reputed university

  • Teaching experience on Textile, Apparel Manufacturing in reputed university preferred. (BUFT, BUT, NIFT, Pearl Fashion Institute, Santo-Mariam University, DIFT)
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in similar position (Research experience is added advantages)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
  • Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines

Job Detail:


Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee the design and development of the overall curriculum establishing an in house training institute and business process systems including Merchandising and Quality
Develop and deliver a range of programs of training at various levels, including the development of accompanying aids (training manuals, presentations, handouts, follow up systems)
Develop the quality assurance framework within the company's ethics and standards
Supervise participant projects, follow up, engagement
Ensure the teaching content and methods of delivery are in accordance with high standards
Provide first line support for colleagues, referring them to sources of further help if required
Lead the development and implementation of the in house training institute strategy
Lead research and collaborative partnerships with other educational institutions or other bodies
Update knowledge and understanding in field or specialism
Work with existing department heads and management to understand expertise, needs and processes
Develop the ability of learners to engage in brainstorming, developing innovative approaches and rational thinking
Analyze team's efficiency and productivity and give continuous feed-backs how to improve and provide required training etc.
